• Client: Any individual or legal entity using our grading services.
• Services: Trading card grading services offered by Choose Your Grading.

By using this website or submitting a grading order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You agree to be bound by these terms of service and any future modifications.

You agree to use the website and services lawfully and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Access the website through unauthorized or automated means
• Use the services for fraudulent or illegal purposes

Our services consist of receiving, processing, and submitting your trading cards to third-party grading companies (such as PSA) on your behalf. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Grades are determined solely by the third-party grading company
• Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
• We do not sell sealed products or trading cards

• Fees are due according to the pricing in effect at the time of submission
• Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in additional fees
• In the event of prolonged non-payment, Choose Your Grading reserves the right to dispose of submitted cards to recover outstanding balances, without further liability to the client

• The client is responsible for properly packaging and shipping cards to us, when applicable
• We are not responsible for loss or damage occurring during shipping between the client, our facilities, and third-party grading companies
• We strongly recommend insuring all shipments

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choose Your Grading, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages arising from the use of our website or services.

All content on the website, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Choose Your Grading or its partners and may not be used without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
